All employees should take their temperature before coming to work. If you have a temperature of 100.4 or more, do not come to work. Stay at home if sick. Symptoms are fever, tiredness, sore throat, cough, and breathing difficulties. You should stay at home at least 4-5 days after the onset of symptoms. A sign-in questionnaire must be filled in when you arrive at work, which will ask if your temperature was above 100.4, if you feel bad, and if you had any symptoms. You may be asked to leave if you say yes, and you will not be paid for coming in. Your temperature will be taken at work also, and if elevated you will be asked to leave (see 5 below).

All exterior doors should remain locked to minimize entry volume.

No visitors, whether family, suppliers, customers, etc. without an appointment with the main receptionist.

All production employees are required to wear masks or face shields at work, as these greatly reduce the chances of contracting the virus, and it is recommended by the Ohio Dept. of Health. Glassline will provide 2 or 3 masks for use. These are one size fits most. These should be HAND washed regularly, preferably wash one nightly and keep them in rotation.

Should you become ill at work, please report to your supervisor to fill out a Sickness Report prior to leaving.
